Hope is what keeps the world going round. The only reason we get out of bed in the morning is because we believe that our actions will yield a particular result. But we are accustomed to be being disappointed in what we long for in this world. When we receive what we dream of, the treasures of this world, often we find they disappoint us to a measure. Their glory fades to some extent.
Paul speaks of a hope that every believer has which does not disappoint. The hope of the glory of God and our participation in it. Listen to Ken Mbugua as he unpacks our rejoicing, reasoning and reassurance which we are guaranteed to receive.
