Meet the Council members of TGC Africa and hear their views on the benefits that a coalition such as this can bring to the family of believers in Africa today.

Ndaba from South Africa and Inocêncio from Mozambique explore what it will look like for The Gospel Coalition Africa platform to be an instrument in Africa’s hand as she plays her part in the global church.

For those who are interested in the issues that relate to Africa – and how they want to participate with us in assisting us – I believe a platform such as The Gospel Coalition is important from that angle. It will be educative and hopefully inspirational.”

Ndaba Mazabani is an Associate Pastor of Rosebank Union Church and is a Council member of The Gospel Coalition Africa. He is the past Chair of the International Council of the World Evangelical Alliance and is currently a PhD candidate with the Zinzendorf School of Doctoral Studies at Olivet University, California. Ndaba is married to Maggie and they are blessed with grown children.

Inocêncio Varine is the pastor of Fountain of Life Church in Maputo, Moçambique and a Council member of The Gospel Coalition Africa. He provides oversight of the Explore Theological Correspondence Course throughout Moçambique. Inocêncio is married to Alexandra and they have 3 adult children.
