Romola Alfino

Romola Alfino attends Hope Central Church in Pinelands, Cape Town. There Romy serves in the Mercy Ministry. She began her writing journey as a blogger focusing on art and design, which led her to work part time in the creative industry. Over time, Romy sensed the Lord leading her out of the creative field and into teaching, a call that prompted her to pursue a Bachelor of Education, which she is currently completing.

In the past Romy studied at George Whitefield College and has also completed the Dynamics of Biblical Change course through CCEF. She intends to continue further theological and counselling training in this field. Romy is passionate about sharing biblical hope with those who feel unseen and misunderstood. In her spare time, she enjoys Cape Malay and Italian cooking, reading and exploring art galleries.
