John Koning

John has been involved in pastoral ministry, church planting, and theological training since the late 1980s. He is married to Moekie, they reside in East London, South Africa. As a family they love spending time with their two sons, daughter in law and two grandsons. They are mad about being outdoors: camping, hiking, and visiting game reserves. John has his PhD on Keller’s theology and practice of contextualisation, and its relevance in South Africa. He is presently on a reading and writing sabbatical.
